Zhongjian Xinli: A Sales Office Design that Blends Tradition and Modernity

A Harmonious Integration of Nature, Culture, and Functionality

The project covers a total of 695 square meters and is located in Tianjin. The design team, led by Diyun Space Design, aimed to create a space that respects the natural surroundings while integrating the demands of modern life harmoniously. The result is a sales office that not only showcases the beauty of nature but also provides a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment.

One of the standout features of the Zhongjian Xinli sales office is the use of natural wood throughout the space. The designers have taken advantage of the expressive power of light to integrate the external nature into the interior. This creates an atmosphere that evokes a sense of returning to nature, providing a calming and inviting ambiance for visitors.

The sand table area, with its light-colored ceiling and crumbling stone elements, harmonizes with the rippling stone in the background. The use of stones and horizontal and vertical light tubes in the lighting room adds flexibility and elegance to the space. The special-shaped rotten stone base in the sand table area echoes the reception area, creating a sense of continuity and cohesion.

The design of the Zhongjian Xinli sales office also pays attention to the interaction between different elements. The vertical lines on the walls complement the swaying welcome pine, while circular device elements on the walls echo the stone texture of the reception desk. The overall layout of the marketing center resembles a half-open and half-closed ancient book, exuding luxury and elegance.

The Zhongjian Xinli sales office not only showcases the beauty of Chinese tradition but also incorporates contemporary design methods. The space creates a poetic and immersive experience through the coherence of Oriental textures and the careful placement of each object. The functional areas are well-controlled and complementary, providing visitors with a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment.
